Article 3 โ Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer made by The Murphy Family and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer via the website.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing are not binding.
Article 5 โ The Agreement
The agreement becomes binding at the moment the consumer completes the order process and receives an order confirmation via email.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.
Article 6 โ Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product.

Article 7 โ Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
Article 8 โ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, lingerie, tights)

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Article 9 โ Price
All prices displayed on the website are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at checkout is binding for that order.

Products must conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
If a product is defective or incorrect, the consumer must notify us within a reasonable time.

Article 11 โ Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days.
Average delivery time is 8โ12 working days after dispatch.
If delays occur, the consumer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Article 12 โ Duration Transactions
If an agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, the consumer may terminate it at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on the website.
All transactions are processed in a secure, SSL-encrypted environment.
If payment is not successfully completed, the order will not be processed.
